I've used the WritingFix website for getting ideas for language arts lessons - it would also be a good site to check out if you are looking for some writing across the curriculum ideas.

Math games:  Manga High is free - it allows you to set up a class account where you can track their progress.  It could be used for enrichment and appears to be very popular with students!  Students can also use the site to play math games without logging in or having a teacher created account.
